I’m not sure how I feel about this band from Japan. The music is cool and has a good metal sound but then the lyrics kick in and most songs have a very “J-Pop” sound as they call it.
About the Band
The band is categorized as a Japanese metal vocal and dance group and sometimes listed as kawaii metal. What ever that is. The front women for the band are Suzuka Nakamotoas “Su-metal” (16 years old), Yui Mizuno as “Yuimetal” (15 years old), and Moa Kikuchi as “Moametal” (15 years old). They started off as a pop group in 2010 by the name of Sakura Gakuin. Yada Yada some stuff happened and then they created the metal group BABYMETAL.
