There is only one movie theater in the small town of Bishop and that is the Bishop Twin Theater. Living in a big city you get to see what ever movie comes out and with multiple showing. In a small town there is not as much demand. Our local theater only shows 2 movies at a time with one showing in the evening during the week and 2 showing on the weekend. The movies change out from week to week unless it’s a big move and then it might stay for two weeks. To check on what is showing you have a number you call to listen to a recording. Only one person can listen to the recording at a time so you might call and get a busy signal. We went for old times same and it was nice. We sat up in the balcony which you must be over 18 to sit in that area. It was nice to watch a movie in the old Bishop Twin Theater.
